Exchanges and refund Jewelry

All items have detailed descriptions, product photographs and detailed photographs. Changes and returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

• The product is defective
• A wrong size has been chosen

To make returns you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns must be previously notified by email to pedidos@madeincandela.com. Returns not notified will be automatically rejected.

Only the return will be accepted when the product is in perfect condition, comes in its original packaging and next to the order invoice. However, for reasons of health and hygiene, changes or returns of items of the Pending category are not accepted, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Welfare.

Shipping costs, except for warranty cases, will always be borne by the customer.

Returns of orders paid through Pay Pal, except for warranty cases, 5% will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not return earrings and ear cuffs.

No changes are allowed for the loss of the bathroom in your jewelry and for their use. The speed in the loss of the bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, how to use, PH of each person’s skin or the use of chemicals on the skin. Custom items cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the items received do not correspond to the order placed, you must be notified by mail within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery.

Under no circumstances will MADEINCANDELA.COM issue refunds. A voucher will be generated with the amount of returned items that can be exchanged within 30 days. If you wish to exchange for an item sold out at the time of validity of the voucher, you can communicate via email to pause its validity and resume it when the desired items are available again.
